My Top 15 Web Design and Development Websites

Being a good Web Developer or Web Designer requires a person to be able to stay on the top of current happenings and be aware of new technologies in the web sphere. I have compiled a list of websites that help me to accomplish that goal of mine. I visit most if these websites on a daily basis. Enjoy! 1. Smashing Magazine - this is a great site that is filled with interesting content and I believe everyone should visit that site at least once. I visit it almost daily.

   

2. A List Apart - is a site that publishes two web related articles bi-weekly.

   

3. Sitepoint - contains news articles and fresh content for web designers and web developers. It also has its own blog, contests, marketplace, and forums with a load of different topics ranging from PHP to Flash.

8. Bloglines - RSS reader is a must have for those who read blogs on a daily basis. There are a great number of various RSS Readers, and this one happens to be the one I use daily.

   

9. Vitamin - a resource for web designers, developers and entrepreneurs that contains a magnitude of articles on various development and design topics.

   

10. Web Appers - this site showcases open source web applications daily.
